Hi Goddess!

I'm Margaux de Guignard, also known as Margaux the Creatrix — Woman, Goddess, Creator, and Coach.

I've spent most of my life struggling to find my voice and my truth. I went through three depressions, lived with bulimia for years, ignored my intuition, and got lost more times than I can count. I also created unhealthy relationships with friends and partners because I didn’t know how to heal or accept who I truly am. I lost my libido at a young age and experienced various forms of abuse.

After years of searching, reading, working with therapists and coaches, I finally realized: this is what I’m meant to do — help women embody their power and create the life they deserve. The life I created for myself too !

My deep curiosity about women’s health, sexuality, and the vital connection between mind and body led me to become a Pleasure Coach.

I’m passionate about growing and learning, so I’ve continued my training and am now certified in nutrition, sex therapy, and more. For me, there’s always more to explore — I’m forever a student of life and pleasure.

I’ve met you for the second time, and you blown me away again.
Your land is precious, full of magic and healing.
I’ve learn to surrender this time.
From the very beginning to the end of this trip, I had no other choice.

My health wasn’t on point but I decided I needed to come see you anyway. I had to trust my body and my soul this was the right thing to do.

During the travel, you got my bag lost and I know it was to help me lean on my Sisters Goddesses, to teach me to ask for help and let them do.

4 days of intense retreat and gathering with 60 others amazing Creatrix, without an agenda and no way for me to schedule and organize myself. When I am not good at having no routine and surprises. I had to deep breath and know you were doing what’s right.

Being chosen by one of my Big Sister to surrender even more. Be guided. To let her do her own exploration and magic. To leave behind my controlling side even more.

Not knowing where my health was taking me, not knowing how my body will heal and when, learning to let go.

Having to come back earlier, another way for me to trust. Surrender. Not controlling what was supposed to happen. Being ok with changing plan.

Costa Rica, you are one of my best teacher.

✨I also have to talk about: Sisterhood.

Meeting 60 others woman on your land, was something. Meeting 60 others woman with open hearts, no judgement, a ton of love and their willingness to be vulnerable and curious, was the most healing journey of all.

They did so much to my soul. They healed me so much to the depth of my bones, to my health, to my heart. To every part of me.

I fell in love with them. With Sisterhood. I don’t see myself leaving a world without this pure magic. Ever. Again.

We are healing each others. We need Sisterhood. We all do.

We are a few days later, and I am still integrating. I have no words.

✨I got you! I’m in the same boat, and even if reflecting on 2024 was a hard thing to do because I always feel like I haven’t done enough, we first have to notice and take pride in the year that just ended.

✨Then, for me, Vision Boards are very effective and so fun to do, but let’s do them right!

✨You want to think of your Desires—the big and small ones you wish to create for 2025. We are talking about Desires! Not Goals; those are very different. (I will talk about that in my next post, I promise!).

✨Then, what I like to do is have categories like health, body, mind, education, business, social, etc. You choose yours.

✨I will go on Pinterest and find pictures that look good to me and give me a happy feeling about the Desire.

✨Put those on a big Canva. I like to leave some space around and group them into categories.

✨Then, I will start to write with one color the Desire.

✨Earlier today, I had a conversation with an incredible woman. As I was sharing with her how many beautiful qualities she has—qualities I deeply admire and wish I had—she looked at me and said the exact same thing about me.

✨ She pointed out so many things about myself that I’d forgotten or stopped noticing. To be honest, whenever another woman compliments my personality or my features, I find it hard to accept. I often feel like they’re so much better than me, and I struggle to understand how or why they see those things in me.

✨ I know I’m not alone in this. So many of us, especially women, don’t see ourselves the way others see us. But as I practice new skills and surround myself with incredible women who uplift me and remind me of my worth, I find myself saying, “I wish I could see myself the way you see me.”

✨ So today, I want to remind you of something important: you don’t see yourself the way others do. You don’t fully see your value, your character, or your beauty through their eyes.

✨ And I want to challenge you to try something: stand in front of a mirror and look at yourself with fresh eyes—the eyes of someone else, someone who admires you deeply or doesn’t know you at all. Notice what they might see.

✨Because I promise you, someone out there is looking at you and wishing they had your laugh, your confidence, your voice, your kindness, your style, or maybe even the way you light up a room. See yourself through their eyes—you might be surprised by what you find.

Je pensais pas qu’un jour je serais cette personne qui est capable de partager sa vulnérabilité à ce point sur les réseaux sociaux.
Il y a une part de moi qui est totalement terrifié de poster ça ici, et une autre part qui en a grandement besoin. Je ne suis pas sûr de savoir expliquer cette sensation qu’à chaques fois que j’ose, que j’assume, que je suis plus vulnérable, la vie me remercie de pleins de façons. Il y a une part de moi qui est soigné un peu plus à l’intérieur et un peu mieux dès que je partage mes histoires. Que ça soit celle de ma relation inexistante avec mon père ou une autre.
Mes proches le savent, c’est pas un sujet dont je parle facilement même si j’essaie de plus en plus. J’en ai besoin. Il y a des jours où j’ai encore honte, où je me demande ce que j’ai bien pu faire ou dire pour que l’un de mes parents ne veuille pas m’assumer. M’aimer.
Mais à bientôt 30 ans, je vais tellement mieux. Je suis totalement okey avec l’idée que cette personne n’est pas dans ma vie et que je n’y suis pour rien.

Je poste ça ici aussi, parce que je sais que beaucoup de femmes et filles, vivent la même chose. Qu’elles ne sauront jamais ce qu’est une relation père/fille et à quel point ça laisse une marque. Mais je veux leurs rappeler, que ça va aller. Quelles y peuvent rien. Quelles sont parfaite comme elles sont. Et qu’elles ont le droit à la vie magique et dingue qu’elles méritent si fort. Quelles doivent laisser les gens qui sont capable de les aimer le faire.
Que oui personne ne remplecera l’amour d’un papa, mais c’est promis tu soigneras cette part de toi avec l’amour de pleins d’autres gens. Mais surtout le tien.

Et puis, une petite part de moi, infime soit elle, espère peut être que mon « père » tombe sur ces mots. Comprenne la douleur. Et s’excuse d’avoir été absent. Mais ça c’est la petite fille en moi qui y pense.
Parce que ça fait déjà bien longtemps que j’ai fait ce deuil là. ❤️

So it might be the right time to tell you that this girl is going back to Costa Rica in a few months. And that she is beyond excited and grateful.
I can’t explain what this land has done to me in February last year, I can’t express how much love and healing I’ve received and how the poeple were able to hold me on my journey, so I’m very happy to go back.
It’s going to be a very different path this time, I’ve grown, change and I’m on a different destiny. I know so much who I am and I know for sure, Costa Rica is again going to show me things I didn’t know about me.
I can’t wait for it. And Ic ant wait to be back with much more knowledge and a heart full of love ❤️

✨I remember that time I’ve met a guy that told me I needed to play small. Be small. Be « calm ». Be quiet.

✨Don’t dance too much. Don’t dress a certain way. That I needed to think more when talking. That I couldn’t talk to his friends because « it’s not my place ». That being myself isn’t appropriate for certain event/place. That he is the one who knows the truth. And that I’m « crazy ».
I remember that time when he started to tell me what I could and couldn’t post on Instagram.
What is ok, and not ok.

✨That some of my pictures needed to be deleted because he isn’t the type of guy that « date » woman who needs « attention ». And I’m not even talking about lingerie. We are talking here about pictures where my curves where just there. A bit of skin was already too much.

✨I remember how I felt.
I remember how painful it felt.
How my whole body was like « argh ».
How I tried to convinced myself that was some type of love. That he wanted to protected me.
I remember feeling so guilty about being who I am.

✨Damn.
If only I knew.
Actually I knew. And I showed him the door.

✨I beg you. You don’t deserve that. This is only a sign of how SMALL THEY ARE, not you!
Nobody deserve to be shut down. To be somoene they are not so that other can feel good. Nobody should disrespected you or changed you. Nobody should ever tell you how to act or what to post.

Having a partner isn’t about bringing the other down smaller. But higher !!!

Of course, you will get conversation with your significant other about what you are both ok.
But if you ever feel in a position that you have to compromise your whole being to be in that relationship: leave!

✨You are not for everybody and that’s very okay actually it’s AMAZING ! You don’t want to be for everyone.

But choose you first.

Did you know that your hips can store a lot of emotions ?

As a human but as women even more. It’s the center of our womb, and learning to move your hips can be a very good way to let go of things such as emotions.
But it’s also, such a powerful trick to get your confidence rocking and your sensuality activated.
Since I discovered it, I’m in love. First, it does really help me to let go of certain things as emotions like anxiety or anything that I hold onto that are not beneficial for me. Second, when I let go of judgenent and move as freely as possible, I can reconnect with my feminity. I can have fun, I can flirt with myself, smile, and just move around. 3rd, wow my body is always so thankful for it. Stress is getting away, soreness and stiffness from seating down all day is getting realeased too.

But to end that practice, what I do enjoy because it really get me hype, is to thank me for my time. Sit and look at myself again, maybe blink. And recenter. Do a mantra or a little meditation. So it grounded me again 🙏🏻

And trust me, the next day or if I did that in the morning, I feel like a Goddess.

Put a music on that you love and feel good about, and give it a try, but please remember, have FUN ! This is not the time to get in your head. Nobody is watching you 💕
