Séances de groupe en ligne ou sur Zoom, avec un minimum de 3 à 20 personnes. La durée et le sujet peuvent varier, et je peux être seule ou accompagnée d'une autre Déesse. Certaines séances peuvent être des cercles ou des ateliers réservés aux femmes, mais nous proposons également des groupes mixtes. Terms and Conditions – Personal Coaching, Group Sessions & Workshops 1. Purpose These terms govern bookings and participation in private coaching, women’s circles, and workshops offered by Margaux de Guignard/Margaux the Creatrix (“the Coach”). Booking a session implies full acceptance of these terms. 2. Legal Framework Services comply with Swiss law regarding service provision and consumer protection. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. 3. Philosophy and Respect Coaching promotes well-being and body alignment. • Attire and self-expression: Light clothing or embracing sensuality is fully accepted. • Respect and kindness: No judgment, inappropriate comments, or behavior toward the Coach or participants will not be tolerated. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund. 4. Booking and Cancellation • Payment: Sessions and workshops must be paid in advance (or as mentioned) and are non-transferable. • Cancellation: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for private sessions; otherwise, they are charged in full. For workshops and circles, no refunds unless canceled by the Coach. • Rescheduling: If canceled by the Coach, a new date will be offered. 5. Commitment and Confidentiality • Participants must respect confidentiality in group settings. Any breach may lead to removal. • Clients must fully engage in their process. If the Coach finds a lack of commitment, they reserve the right to discontinue sessions without a refund. 6. Termination and Liability • Coach’s right: Coaching may be refused or discontinued if the request falls outside the Coach’s expertise or values are not upheld. • Financial commitment: If a client stops coaching without at least one month’s notice, remaining sessions must still be paid. • Responsibility: The Coach provides guidance but does not guarantee results; the client is responsible for their progress. 7. Acceptance of Terms Booking a session implies full acceptance of these terms.
